We ship across India from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Delivery charges

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. No minimum.
Cash on Delivery is available for an additional ₹25 per order, shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment.
Delivery usually takes a further 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Remote pincodes, the north-east, and delivery during festivals or monsoon disruption can take longer. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, write to us and we will chase the courier.

Before you open your parcel

Please record a continuous 360° unboxing video. If anything has arrived damaged, that video is what lets us refund you — see our refund policy. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available to accept it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery and the delivery charge will apply again.
